A CPD-accredited leadership development programme designed specifically for NHS professionals working in mid-level management and leadership roles.

Running from March to September 2026, the programme features five virtual keynote sessions delivered by inspirational leaders from across the NHS and beyond, exploring leadership themes aligned to the NHS Management & Leadership Framework, including communication, wellbeing and compassionate leadership.

 

The programme concludes with a full-day in-person leadership conference at a Central London venue.
